Invitation to the online interview

If your profile matches us, our HR team will invite you to an initial online interview. In this interview, we will get to know each other better and you can find out more about us.

Second interview with the line manager and HR

In the next round, there will be another interview, this time with the specialist department and again with the HR team. Here we will discuss your qualifications in more detail and how you can enrich our team. At the same time, you will find out what we can offer you and how we will support you.

Obtaining references from HR

To get a complete picture of you, we contact the references you have given us.

Trial day and assessment

If everything fits, we will invite you to a trial day. You will have the opportunity to get to know our team and your future workplace. At the same time, you can demonstrate your skills in an assessment.
